Through our licensed insurance subsidiary, Avant Insurance Limited, we offer professional indemnity insurance to health care practitioners and medical students. Among other things, we provide:
- Medico-legal and risk management advisory services
- Support, advice and legal representation in the event of a claim or complaint
- Education, research and training programs in collaboration with medical associations, colleges and training providers.
We also advocate for and represent our membership where it counts, and proactively campaign to protect the rights of medical practitioners as part of our constitutional mandate.
