Before deciding to purchase this insurance product you should ensure you read the policy wording which includes the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and Financial Services Guide (FSG). Download a copy below.
Steps in the application process:
- Determine your category of practice using Avant's Category of Practice Guide
- Contact Member Services for a pricing estimate
- Complete the application form and return it to Avant.
When we receive your application, we will:
- Assess your application and contact you if we require more information
- Provide you with a formal offer for your acceptance
- Following your acceptance, issue you with a policy that will include a schedule of your membership and insurance along with your Avant member number.
