2011 was a first for our members with their loyalty being recognised through Avant’s Loyalty Reward Plan.
Eligible members were rewarded with premium deductions, ranging between 5.5% and 11.0%.
Rewarding members’ loyalty when our financial performance is strong allows them to benefit both in the short term and longer term from Avant’s strength and stability.
Recognising loyalty in 2012
Because of strong performance during the financial year 2010-11, the loyalty reward deductions from premiums will be repeated in 2012.
