Communication in clinical practice

Some patients may require you to alter the style or manner by which you communication in order to ensure you deliver the best possible healthcare for the patient. This can include patients from a different background to your own, children or some patients with cognitive challenges. This module gives some examples that outlines insights and advice on how best to approach these scenarios.
